Siemens VDO eCorner Project:

Siemens has been around in the international market scene for more than a hundred years now. Siemens, over these years, has built a brand name that customers around the world in more than 190 countries have come to trust. Siemens phones are among those which come up regularly with new innovations.
There are some particularly popular phones from Siemens such as Siemens Gigaset SL565 Twin Bluetooth Cordless Phone. Phones as these are a delight in digital innovation. Most of these phones are bluetooth-enabled, and usually with an infrared port, such that they facilitate good connection with your computer for data synchronisation. Voice dialing and text messaging are the other common features.
Another model that is slowly getting into the hands of more and more people is Siemens Gigaset, S150 Colour Twin. Many phones like this one have pin-protection facility installed in them. This facility lets you check your answer machine and texts even you are away from your home. Many phone aficionados consider this Siemens Phone as the Phone of the Year.
There are many other Siemens brands which can be counted among the most popular choices and which have been delivering quality performance. Most Siemens phones have a wealth of well-implemented features such as the multimedia such as a trendy megapixel camera, into a slick-looking package. The higher-end phones in this category also sync well with Outlook and Lotus Notes. With more phones with increased memory, data storage of movie and music clips is an added convenience.
If you are looking for a stylish one in a wide array of attractive phones, you may like to check out Siemens’s S66. Other features include vibrate mode, a calendar, text and multimedia messaging, a voice recorder, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, an alarm clock, a calculator, a currency converter, a task list, and a WAP 2.0 wireless Web browser, along with e-mail support (POP3, IMAP4, and SMTP), and USB connectivity.
In fact, whatever the latest technology, you can expect Siemens phones to be up to the task.

Siemens VDO engineers are working on plans to integrate the drivetrain, steering, shock absorbers and brakes directly into the wheels of future cars. This concept, called eCorner, is the basis for the ecological “Drive-by-Wire” automobiles, which will become a common sight on roads in 15 years. eCorner replaces the conventional wheel suspension with hydraulic shock absorbers, mechanical steering, hydraulic brakes and, above all, conventional internal combustion engines. For car owners …
Help answer the question about siemens
Where i can find used CPU for PLC ( siemens and Allen Bradly) to have more experience in automation?I have good knowledge in PLC and HMI especially Siemens products, but i am intrested to learn more and do more practice.
Where i can find used CPU for PLC ( siemens and Allen Bradly) with suitable price?
fujitsu siemens graphicbooster
You need a DCA-540 cable. I think the only place you'll find it now is ebay since the phone is relatively old. You won't be able to do much with the phone though. I think you can only sync the phonebook and add polyphonic ringtones on the phone.
The springs are way to small… nice idea though, but still useless.
OOh gawd, why?!
i would say about $20 an hour i know amazing
Are you looking for Allen Bradley products or just siemens?
If you are in America, you would be best off with Allen Brad. plus you need the RSlinx and RSlogix software to connect and write programs using ladder logic. If you are European, you need a Siemens product of which I am not as familiar with. They all use the same principle though. I would try EBAY first off and then look into some Vocational schools that teach PLC programming to see if they have some older PLCs that they may donate or sell. Good luck!
When the time finally comes on a large scale, I’m going to have a real hard time convincing myself to get into a car with no mechanical link between the wheels and the steering wheel. Some fly-by-wire I can live with, but not steering! Chances of all this kicking off anytime soon are slim anyway so I won’t worry about it too much.
Here's information on both –

this should make changing a tire interesting
my thoughts exactly.
Try reading the user guide. If that fails, just kick it.
how will this effect the handling of the car???
its a reliable brand but it all depends on ur needs
don’t you think the german engineers must have given it a real good thought? Leave it to them what works well, will ya?
Contact Fujitsu siemens and ask them where you can get a new battery.
Avoid buying batteries that they didn't make as after market batteries have a tendency of catching fire due to lack of safety measures.
The life of the battery depends on how much power the computer uses, the capacity of the battery along with how much the battery has aged (and the aging process isn't something you can reverse and will make the battery useless after a few years, less if it's an after market battery with a less stable chemistry).
this technology was already invented and implement in Japan giving 800hp!
Slightly more unsprung weight,
No, this is only a modem. You will need to buy a separate wireless router.
